3 Session Packages

Financial Policies

Full payment is due at time of service.

Telephone consultations are $80 + hst per consultation, which run about 45 minutes to one hour. Payment for these can be done through MasterCard or Visa.

Payment is expected via cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard or check at the time of visit. Each returned cheque will incur a fee of $40

Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If you do not, you may be subject to a missed appointment fee of $25.

3 or more missed appointments or late cancellations are grounds for dismissal from services.

I do not bill insurance companies. I am happy to provide a receipt for services, which you may send to your insurance company, along with your request for reimbursement.
