Reiki is composed of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki
which is “life force energy”. Essentially Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. I can administer Reiki by gently laying hands, over clothing, on various areas of the body.
