I slept well Thursday night,  and feel need to rest more now. I felt  a lot got released out of my subtle bodies.  I am lighter, moving with greater ease, especially in the emotional realms.  Just overall a lot calmer than usual.  This is a good thing…

My eyes have been an issue with me for several years.  The situation starts in my sinuses and creates pressure behind my eyes, making them feel gritty and itchy.

I’ve been using Jin Shin Jyutsu®, working with the third finger on a regular basis and have been noticing a steady improvement with the gritty symptoms.  Not necessarily in a ‘straight’ line, but more of a cycling up and down with a bit more of an upswing as each cycle passes.

When a month or so ago, my symptoms returned with full force, I was disappointed with the results.  However, and I give full credit to the Jin Shin Jyutsu® self help that I’ve been doing, it dawned on me that the furnace had been running for approximately the same time that my symptoms had returned.  We had done some drywall work in the house over the previous winter and spring, and the dust was all through the ductwork.  Once I received my ‘gentle nudge’ and had the ductwork cleaned, the symptoms cleared up again.

I’m finding now that when reading under certain lights where it was a struggle a few months ago, it’s becoming easier and easier to focus.  It will be interesting to see how much more improvement I can look forward to.
